999-Day Returns Guarantee

Yes, we said 999 days. That's 2.736 years to return your product purchase if you change your mind. Truth be told, under the following guidelines you can return your product in 999 years if you want to - given that you do so according to the bullet points below. NOTE: if you're not around in 999 years and your heirs want to return the goods, they are welcome to do so.

This will expedite the processing of your request.

  • For a full refund, the item(s) must be in new and sellable condition. All apparel items need their original tags. TRY ALL ITEMS ON INDOORS. DO NOT PLAY IN THEM. THEY MUST BE IN NEW AND SELLABLE CONDITION. This means (a) you haven't worn it to a Halloween party and are trying to return it, (b) your dog didn't try to eat it, (c) it smells like perfume, cologne, cigarette smoke, or any other noticeable odor that new stuff shouldn't smell like.
  • For a full refund, you must have proof of purchase. If you don't have proof of purchase or it was a gift, we will issue you a store credit or gift card. Proof of purchase is your email confirmation, the packing slip received with the shipment, or your order number.
  • All items returned must be shipped in a shipping box. Shoes or other items shipped in the product box with a shipping label stuck to it will not be accepted or returned. Because we want all customers to have a great experience, we won't sell returned items as "new items" if they aren't in new condition - including the box and original manufacturer tags.
    Please return shoes in their original shoe box placed INSIDE a shipping box.
  • DEFECTIVE ITEMS: You have up to 180 days or 6 months from your purchase (your choice) to exchange the item. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. We'll take care of everything for you. Defective items receive credit on future purchases. If the manufacturer has an extended guarantee on a product it will be honored. Elite Soccer Shop will pay for shipping back to you once the defective item is received and approved. Natural wear and tear on an item is not considered a defect. It is best to call us for any exchange of a defective item. 1-877-639-7605.

    Credit to your account is based on the amount of time the item was used before the defect occured:

    0-59 days: 100% credit
    60-89 days: 50% credit
    90-119 days: 40% credit
    120-149 days: 30% credit
    150-180 days: 20% credit
    Over 180 days: No credit is provided

  • International Returns & Exchanges - Any item returned from international addresses for exchange will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense by US Postal Service Parcel Post and may require 2-3 weeks for delivery. If the customer prefers an expedited return shipping service it would be at their own cost.
  • Team Order Returns & Exchanges - For returns and exchanges on any team order there is a 15% restocking fee on all refunds. Shipping back to Elite Soccer Shop is paid for by the customer.
  • If you ordered a Clearance Item, we don't refund these. Sales are final on clearance items unless there is a defect.

Return Service Shipping Label Fee
Use of the Return Service label included in your package from Elite Soccer Shop is an $8.00 fee to your customer account. It will have a SoccerPro.com label as they are providing fulfillment services for our online store.


Clearance Items

Any item marked as CLEARANCE is not considered for any refund or exchange unless the item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase. If a CLEARANCE item is defective an exchange for a similar item is allowed.

Making a Purchase

Can I make a purchase if I live outside the United States?

Elite Soccer Shop delivers orders within the United States and various international destinations. Available destinations are listed in the checkout process.

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept credit card payment through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Our staff is available to assist you with your order. Call 877-639-7605 for customer support. English is the only language available through our customer service.

What happens to my order when submitted?

When your order is completed online, you will receive a confirmation of order via email. We will process the order within 24 hours and notify you of shipment, etc. All ordinary communication regarding your order will be sent via email. Please be sure to provide us with a valid email address when creating or editing your account. It is vital for you to stay informed.

Upon completing your online order we will confirm the order by email and update your account within 24 hours. You may login to your account at the "My Account" link in the top right corner of Elite Soccer Shop to check the status of your order. You will also receive an email anytime the status of your order is revised.

UPS Ground shipping service is FREE at Elite Soccer Shop for all qualifying items* added to orders of $50 or more. You may expedite shipment of your package(s) during the checkout process by choosing one of the expedited options (additional fees will apply).

*Free UPS Ground Shipping does not include USPS Priority Mail, USPS International service, UPS Freight, oversized items and shipments outside the United States. Team Orders, Large goals, PUGG goals, field equipment, SoccerWaves and other oversized items do not qualify for FREE shipping.

We ship your order as quickly as possible. All items that are in stock at Elite Soccer Shop will be shipped within 1-3 business days through UPS or USPS. You have the option in the Checkout to expedite the shipping method for an additional fee. Shipments may be delayed due to holidays, weather delays while in transit or other unforeseen occurrences. For time sensitive deliveries please call Elite Soccer Shop to confirm estimated shipping time.

Can I expedite the shipping of my order?

You may expedite shipment of your package(s) during the checkout process by choosing one of the following shipping options (additional fees will apply):

In Continental U.S. (48 States):

  • UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail (delivery usually within 3-7 business days): USPS Priority Service rates determined by weight and calculated during checkout.
  • UPS 3 day select: additional fees apply, calculated during checkout
  • UPS 2 day air: additional fees apply, calculated during checkout

Outside the Continental U.S.:

Exceptions:

  • Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Friday and before 8 a.m. CST on Monday will not ship prior to Monday.
  • Items shipped direct from the manufacturer may be expedited. Elite Soccer Shop will contact you within one business day if there are any exceptions.

What shipping options are available?

UPS Ground service shipping within the Continental U.S. is FREE at Elite Soccer Shop for all orders $65 or more. UPS Ground is $7.99 for orders less than $50. UPS Freight and USPS Priority Mail shipments are not included from the Free Shipping service.

Other shipping options are as follows:

In Continental U.S. (48 States):

  • UPS Ground (delivery usually within 3-7 business days):  FREE $65 OR MORE
  • USPS Priority Mail: additional fees apply, calculated during checkout
  • UPS 3 day select: additional fees apply, calculated during checkout

Outside the Continental U.S.:
For all shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses, the following applies:

  • USPS Priority Mail is the only method available; fees calculated during checkout

What do you charge for shipping an order?

Standard shipping applies to shipments within the Continental U.S.  For expedited shipping options, or for UPS Freight service, shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are based on the size and weight of the product.

Do you ship internationally?

Elite Soccer Shop is also able to ship to Canada and United States territories. A list of available countries is presented during the checkout process.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes.

What are the shipping charges for returning an order?

Please ship your item back to Elite Soccer Shop at your expense. A label is provided for UPS Ground service (where available) for an $8.00 fee. This fee will be charged to your account if it is used. The UPS Return Service label is for your convenience and will help Elite Soccer Shop process your exchange or refund. Please include the form found at http://www.EliteSoccerShop.com/shipitback.php with any return shipment.Once your request for exchange has been received and processed it will ship back to you by ground service at no cost to you.

Why have some items in my order shipped, but not others?

Elite Soccer Shop believes in offering you the widest selection of products available on our site. On occasion, an item on the site is only available through our vendor's warehouse. If such an item is in your order, we coordinate with the vendor to have the item(s) sent directly to you. This process reduces the time to delivery to you. When this occurs, you may receive multiple packages. Because shipping varies with each vendor, delivery times vary but are usually within 5-10 business days. There is never a need for you to contact the manufacturer; neither for shipment, returns, or exchanges.


Pricing & Availability

Elite Soccer Shop works really hard to make sure that everything on the site is in stock, ready to ship, and priced appropriately. Elite Soccer Shop does not warrant that the site will be error-free. Should a site error ever arise, we will fix it ASAP. Pricing and availability of products on the site and in our retail store are subject to change without notice and are at the discretion of Elite Soccer Shop.


Taxes

For orders made from within the United States, sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a Missouri address.

International Orders

Acceptable Payment - Outside of Canada MUST use PayPal

All Bongo International customers must use PayPal as their payment service. No international credit cards will be authorized through the Elite Soccer Shop.com checkout process. Canadian customers may use US-bank issued credit cards as a valid form of payment.

Can all items be shipped internationally?

Yes and no. We do ship internationally through Bongo International and UPS Standard to Canada. Not all items are available for international purchases. Elite Soccer Shop will remove items from your order if we are restricted from shipping them. These items include goals, field equipment including the SoccerWave and other oversized product not allowed by UPS Worldwide shipping services. At times, manufacturers will restrict product from shipping outside of the United States. If this condition affects your order you will be notified by email within one business day.

International Shipping Now Available!

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

Bongo International provides it's customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

Step-By-Step Order Guide:

  1. Shop for your items on our website and add them to your cart.
  2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking the below image.
  3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
  4. Back at our site, proceed to checkout.
  5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.
  6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
  7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
  8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
  9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.

What is the status of my international order?

With all orders on Elite Soccer Shop.com you can check their status once you've logged into your Account and viewed existing orders. You will find the current status and shipping information if it is available. All order information is communicated with international customers through email. If you are using Bongo International you will receive an email once the item is processed through their warehouse. At that time you will be able to activate the international shipping. Customer service is only available in English. We apologize for any inconvenience.

UPS Standard to Canada - Duties and Taxes?

ALERT! all customers selecting UPS Standard to Canada will be subject to a $10 brokerage fee as well as applicable duties and taxes, on all shipments valued under $200 CAD and that additional fees will apply on all shipments valued over this amount. Elite Soccer Shop does not collect this charge and is not responsible in any way for additional charges beyond shipping fee stated in the checkout process.

How long does it take to ship the item? How long will it take to get to me once it's shipped?

All items listed as "In Stock" are either in stock at the Elite Soccer Shop warehouse or available to ship Direct from the Manufacturer. There are no Backorder items at Elite Soccer Shop.com. However, we are unable to ship internationally with Direct from Manufacturer items. These product will ship to Elite Soccer Shop first and then to the international customer. This may delay your shipment by 3-7 business days. No additional fees are changed for this type of handling. All "In Stock" items available in the Elite Soccer Shop warehouse will ship within 1-3 business days. Elite Soccer Shop works very hard to ship all items within 1 business day.

  • Estimated 6-10 business days for delivery.

UPS Standard to Canada:
