Self Service Returns InstructionsFOLLOW THESE FOUR EASY STEPS
Step 1: Review our "rules of fair play". Some companies call these policies, but we think that's a bad word. You can find these rules on your pick/pack list in your box, or at this link: Rules of Fair Play for Returns & Exchanges Step 2: Complete and INCLUDE THIS FORM IN YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT because it helps us process your return faster and without any possible confusion. Printer Friendly Version Step 3: Re-package your item. Please return shoes in their original shoe box placed INSIDE a shipping box. Alright, this is actually way more important than it sounds. We can't take items back that are shipped in a product box because then it's no longer in "new" condition. Packaging counts for "new". So you either need to ship it back in the original box it was sent in, or find another shipping box. Step 4: Use return service label. If we included a return service label in your package, then you are welcome to use it. It's your choice. If you use the return service label, we'll bill your credit card $8. If there wasn't a return service label in your package, this is because your address or item wasn't eligible for the service. In either case, you are welcome to use whatever shipping method you prefer.
